The Curriculum
- Acting Mastery: Practical & theoretical training in both Western and Indian methods of acting. Special focus on the profound Navarasa Sadhana (the craft of Guru G. Venu G, Kerala).
- Technical Design Workshops: Dedicated professional workshops on each – Set, Costume, Makeup, Light Design, and Prop Making. We believe a professional must know every inch of their workspace.
- Voice & Speech Workshop: A dedicated process mastering the essential relationship between Breath, Voice, and Speech.
- The Actor’s Logic: Special focus on Actioning Problem in actors, giving you access to the tools to design the complex multi-layered characters.
- World Cinema Appreciation: Broadening your storytelling lens through the study of global cinematic masters.
Initial Joining Process at Mukhavaran

- Record a short phone-camera monologue we’ll share (it’s about your perspective, not acting skills).
- Attend a face-to-face intro session at our Rehearsal Studio.

- Limited Batch: Batch size is strictly limited.
- Selection Criteria: To ensure a high-caliber creative environment, students are handpicked through a rigorous 3-round audition process based on their potential and discipline, not just previous experience.

Performance & Assessment
Live Productions
Participants will work towards minimum two full-length productions on prestigious stages like Shri Ram Centre, Indian Habitat Centre, LTG, etc. and a few in-house experimental performances.
